At Images we know how important fundraising can be to any organization. With this in mind, we have developed a FUNdraising program to assist organizations in the community and to enable all involved to get the most out of their fundraising efforts.

Program Restrictions
- Use of this program is restricted to the time frame agreed.
- Gift Card FUNdraising program, a minimum of $25 per gift card applies.
How To Get Started
Images Auto Spa is proud to be involved and help our community by offering the FUNdraising program. Please understand that we must limit the number of organizations that can participate in this program during any given time. Organizations participate on a first-come-first serve basis.
- Complete the on-line FUNdraising application in pdf
or Application in MS Word 
to see if the time you are interested in is available. Please plan ahead in order to secure
your requested time.
- Provide a letter from your organization authorizing you to run the fundraiser. Fax the letter to 407-429-3842 attention FUNdraising or email to ImagesAutoSpa@gmail.com
- Tell everyone about the the FUNdraising program and encourage them to wash their car frequently!

How to promote
When FUNdraising with Images Auto Spa your task is to get the supporters of your organization to take part, to wash their cars at your event, or to buy as many gift cards as possible. This can be easy so lets talk about how to do it.
- Make sure to hand out & post the flyers, we will provide you with our logo.
- Contact the local paper for community events.
- Local radio and TV stations may also have an interest to know that your group is looking for help. One call can make a big difference.
- Call your members and have them alert friends and supporters.
- Use your webpage to promote the event. Use a My Space or Facebook page to keep the message out there.
- Have your team e-mail everyone on their address lists about the event
Plan ahead the more time you have to get people to come or to buy the bigger and better your event can be. Again, the more cars we wash or the more cards you sell, the more money you make.
- Choose a unique four (4) digit code for your organization.
- Share this code with friends, family, business contacts, acquaintances, and anyone who owns a car.
- Press "COUPON" on the autocashier touchscreen.
- Enter the four (4) digit code on the screen to buy your service
- Pay with Cash or Credit Card.
- Your group receives an agreed amount/percentage from every service purchased.
- After the sales time frame expires, Images will issue a check made payable to your organization.
- Share fundraiser with friends, family, business contacts, acquaintances, and anyone who owns a car.
- Go to our Gift Card page and enter the name of your organization when purchasing the gift card (minimum $25 gift card)
- Up to 20% of the purchase will be donated to your organization
Silent Auction & Raffle Donations
By far one of the most popular ways to raise funds is through a raffle or auction & Images Autos Spa is ready to help! We can donate auto detailing services and car wash packages. Please understand that we must limit the number of organizations that can participate in this program during any given time. Organizations participate on a first-come-first serve basis.
Every year Images Auto Spa donates Gift Certificate packages to hundreds of organizations that go on to hold successful auctions and raffles.
